To strengthen our team, we are immediately looking for
dedicated CNC/NC machining mechanics
full-time (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility:
- Programming, setting up and operating CNC/NC machine tools
- Programming of various and complex workpieces, individual parts, small series, no series production (turning, milling, grinding)
- Creation of programs with various controls and with geometry-based programming systems
- Determine processing taking into account the different materials and the material behavior
- Simulate production in the system, correct errors, document corrections and save the finished program
- Optimization of set-up times by defining the order sequence
- Setting up the machines, requesting workpieces and material, determining clamping options, possibly setting up devices
- Setting the tools and measuring them, transferring correction values and tool data to the CNC machine
- Measuring and testing the manufactured parts and carrying out the tool change
- Troubleshooting and, if necessary, forwarding, documenting and correcting rework and scrap

Your profile:
- Completed training as a machining mechanic (m/f/d) (at least 3 years)
- Very good practical knowledge in the independent programming, setting up and operation of CNC/NC machines
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Pronounced spatial imagination
- Basic knowledge in jig construction
- Planning and organizational skills
- You are creative, innovative and like to optimize
- You work independently, are flexible, a team player and resilient
- Your way of working is characterized by great care and commitment
