The robust, maintenance-friendly, and economical design of ERBÖ drums is the result of many years of experience, professional design, and efficient and optimized production.
The design and construction are carried out using software specially developed for conveyor belt drums and fast and reliable 3D design.
We offer both drive drums and deflection drums according to customer-specific specifications and are happy to advise you on optimizations and developments of drum series.
For externally mounted drums, efficient and optimized clamping sets are always our first choice in terms of the torsional and bending moments to be transmitted. For internally mounted deflection drums, we can offer proven bearing and sealing variants for light, medium, and heavy loads.
We are also happy to offer drums according to factory standards and customer drawings.
Different drum linings can be implemented to improve the frictional connection between the drum and the belt and to increase wear protection. Rubber, rubber/ceramic, pure ceramic, and PU materials in various designs are used here.
In addition to conventional drive and deflection drums, we also offer special designs such as disc, rod, and rope drums.
