Buffer ring rollers are equipped with high-quality rubber rings that fit tightly together, reducing impact energy in the feed area and preventing damage to the belt and rollers. For buffer ring rollers in heavy-duty conveyor systems with high mass flows and impact energies, the buffer rings are additionally secured by welded rings.
In addition to deep groove ball bearings, spherical roller bearings are used in particularly heavy-duty applications.
